By accessing or using Bettermark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Bettermark.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Bettermark for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
3. User Content
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the bookmarks and content you save using Bettermark.
- License: By using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to save or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Free Tier: You can save up to 100 bookmarks with a free account.
- Pro Tier: Pro accounts require a one-time payment and have a maximum limit of 31000 bokmarks.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access to your bookmarks, but new bookmarks cannot be added if you exceed the free tier limit.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All rights to Bettermark, including software and trademarks, are owned by us.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of Bettermark.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bettermark at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bettermark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bettermark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated effective date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
